IMPORTANT NOTE - For delivery before Christmas, we will need to receive your order before 15:00 on 22nd December.

All items purchased after this period will be delivered after 27th December

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs of goods to Mainland UK is FREE.

IMPORTANT NOTE - FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Most items are now sent using a NEXT DAY DELIVERY courier unless specified on the item listing. For you to get your item delivered the next working day, your order needs to be made before 14:00. Deliveries are not made on weekends and this is for UK Mainland only

International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide using DPD and DHL couriers. For European shipments we use DPD and for the rest of the world, we use DHL Express Worldwide. These are express couriers and should get the items to you within a few days of your order depending on where the item is being shipped to. Cost of International Shipments
You can check the price of your shipment once you have added the products to your shopping cart. You can go to My Cart and select the Ship To country in the Estimate Shipping and Tax box.

Please note : WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any import taxes or additional charges levied in the destination country.

Each shipment has a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment

Method of Shipping within UK
We use ParcelForce or DPD for all deliveries unless we advise otherwise. All items are insured and the courier will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one present, an attempted delivery card will be left and you can arrange a redelivery at your convenience. When your item is dispatched, you will be notified by email which will contain a tracking number allowing you to track status of your shipment on the ParcelForce or DPD tracking website.
Where you have ordered more then one brand, you may receive these at different times through different couriers as they may be dispatched from distribution centres located in different geographical areas .

All deliveries are sent Next Day Working day. If order is placed before 14:00, delivery will be made the next working day*

Returns & Replacements

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it WITHIN 7 days from receipt of shipment for a prompt refund. Please note, we can not refund the P&P costs and you will be required to bear the costs of sending the goods back to us. Please follow the returns procedure set out below and in our Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange any unused merchandise WITHIN 14 days from receipt of shipment for an exchange. Please note, we can not refund the P&P costs and you will be required to bear the costs of sending the goods back to us and for us sending the substitute goods to you. Please follow the returns procedure set out below and in our Terms and Conditions.

Damaged items and defects

If you find your item is damaged, you must report this to us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or a complete refund. Please follow the returns procedure set out below.

What do I do if I need to return something?
i. You must contact us before returning any goods and obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) which must accompany the returned item. Please Contact Us to obtain a returns number.
ii. All items must be in the condition you received them with all labels attached and in the original box. All returned items will be checked thoroughly.
iii. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item paid. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Please note that we will only refund to the original credit card or bank account used when purchase was made.
iv. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
v. When returning the item to us, please ensure you insure the package and obtain Proof of Postage from the carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
