This case is made from a light brown / tan colour thick saddle leather. The process that was followed in making (tanning) the leather is an ancient technique where vegetable extracts from bark of trees such as oak are used to tan the leather. This is such an expensive process that Italy stopped using such a tanning process due it not being economically viable. But there are still some tanneries that continue using this age old proven technique which is environmentally friendly as it avoids the use of harmful chemicals in the leather processing.
This leather and case will age very well and the more it is used, the better it will look. The leather has a very natural finish and does not have several coats of paint to hide any natural characteristics of the leather which is typical of cheaper leather bags. The leather used in this case shows any natural markings of the skin and this adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each bag.
The bag is constructed using heavy duty synthetic thread. All the materials used are heavy duty industrial grade to ensure this bag lasts a long time.

The front of the bag opens with two auto snap antique brass buckles to reveal two open pockets. In between these, there is a pen holder. Inside the bag, there are two compartments seperated by a zipper pocket measuring 14 inches. The front compartment has a mobile phone pocket, two pen holders and five credit card slots. The second compartment has a 12 inch side zipper pocket. The bag is lined. There is a removable extandable shoulder strap with an overlay. This bag does not have any internal or external branding.
